The Roberto's Amsterdam philosophy is simple, yet complicated: truly Italian in every sense of the word. We take the responsability of preserving the culinary heritage and traditional dishes of the cucina italiana very seriously.

This means that our à-la-carte menu only consists of pure Italian dishes, are made with traditional ingredients and based on seasonal ingredients from the various regions of Italy.

The Italian aperitivo tradition goes back to the Roman Empire and is still very popular today, not only to relax or to get ready for the evening, but also as a time of the day when you can meet your friends and family and enjoy a delicious aperitivo, leaving your worries behind.
