We would like you to meet Andrea, our Senior Sous Chef. Andrea loves to cook and his favourite dish is Ossobuco Alla Milanese. Andrea was only 15 years old when he made this dish for the first time! He is very happy to have his favourite Italian dish on the menu now and prepare it daily. Andrea went to the hotel school in Milano from 2000 to 2004 and after graduating he moved to Switzerland where he worked for a couple years. In 2008 Andrea moved to Holland and started working at Roberto’s. In 2011 Andrea left us and started working in Oss (Brabant). We are very happy to have Andrea back with is since May this year.
