Il cacio e pepe:
This is a beautiful spaghetti Gragnano I.G.P. (Pastificio Afeltra), with Pecorino cheese “Crosta Nera” DOP and pepper.
This dish is very special because our team prepares this at your table.
Casoncelli alla Bergamasca:
This Casoncelli alla Bergamasca is originally from the Italian region Lombardy. At Roberto’s we have chosen to make the Casoncelli from Bergamo because, our pasta chef Michele Piazzalunge is from there. This delicious pasta is handmade and the explosion of flavours comes from the roasted veal, pear and amaretti. The sauce is created from butter, sage and pancetta.
