The story of Roberto's Restaurant starts 25 years ago when Roberto Payer takes office as General Manager of Hilton Amsterdam. His Italian roots can now be found in the authentic Italian dishes that are served in Roberto’s Restaurant. These Italian dishes are combined in the book 'Pure Italian Cuisine'.
Under the direction of Franz, all typical classic Italian dishes are prepared daily with great enthusiasm. Franz's vision on cooking and passion for pure Italian products give him plenty of inspiration.

The cook book 'Pure Italian Cuisine' is full of dishes from different Italian regions. The book is written by Roberto Payer and Franz Conde, inspired by the cooking traditions of Roberto's Restaurant. Every recipe is also easy to prepare at home. The book is for sale online and in several bookshops and also in Roberto's Restaurant.
