Pure Italian Kitchen

The Roberto's Amsterdam philosophy is simple, yet complicated: truly Italian in every sense of the word. We take the responsibility of preserving the culinary heritage and traditional dishes of the cucina italiana very seriously.

This means that our à-la-carte menu only consists of pure Italian dishes, which are made with traditional ingredients and based on seasonal ingredients from the various regions of Italy.
